Indonesia Granulated Organic Coconut Palm Sugar

Sugar granule are brown sugar powder form, distinctive scented, and brownish yellow. The processing of sugar equal to the processing of sugar granule print, the warm-up phase until the juice becomes thick. In sugar processing print, having acquired viscous sap, removed the pan from the stove, the printing is done, while the processing of sugar granule having obtained a viscous sap followed by cooling and crystallization. Crystallization is done by stirring using a wooden fork. Stirring is done slowly, and faster and faster until the powder form of sugar (sugar granule).

The next step is drying the sugar granule. Drying is done in two ways, namely:
1. Drying in the sun for 3-4 hours.
2. Drying with drying oven with a temperature of 45-50 degrees Celsius for 1.5 to 2 hours

For uniformity of grain size, sieving is done I use a stainless steel sieve mesh size 18-20. Granulated sugar sieve not be dried again and continued with grain refinement. Refining the grain size with a mechanical grinder, followed by sieving II. Sugar granule dry packed in plastic bags with a weight varying sizes, ie 250 g, 500 g and 1000 g (1 kg)
