Coconut oil can help prevent hair loss in two ways, namely: to reduce the loss of protein from the hair, which ultimately can lead to thinning hair and nourish the scalp and penetrate the hair shaft. Absorption of coconut oil also helps keep the hair from baldness. A study published in 2001 by the Cosmetic Science magazine states that the use of coconut oil on the hair – before or after shampooing – can be an effective way to prevent hair loss. You can do the treatment of hair loss everyday at home, it is very easy because you only need to prepare coconut oil and comb it.

The following steps use coconut oil to the hair:

Shopping / for your hair with a comb from the front to the back of the scalp.
Take a few drops of coconut oil and apply on the scalp, along the section. Repeat the process with splitting hairs with every 2 cm distance and apply coconut oil until evenly throughout your scalp.

If coconut oil makes your hair very greasy, let stand for 30 minutes to an hour before shampooing. You can also massage the scalp at night and wash it off in the morning.
