– 1 tablespoon cornstarch
– 3 egg yolks
– 100g desiccated coconut
– 100ml thick cream / whipped cream
How to make Ice Cream:
1. Make an ice cream mixture by mixing milk and coconut milk or coconut milk solution from coconut milk powder in a saucepan
2. Cook the mixture of milk and liquid coconut milk over low heat until the solution is hot
3. When it’s hot enough, add cornstarch dissolved in a little water
4. On the other hand, beat the egg yolks in a separate container, then take a little of the ice cream mixture and put it in the beaten egg yolk container until evenly mixed.
5. Put the egg yolk mixture and a little of the mixture into the pan where the mixture is being cooked
6. Cook the ice cream mixture until it boils, then turn off the heat and stir the mixture until the steam disappears.
